Refund Policy
Refunds will be initiated in the following cases
- If a student by mistake had purchased the wrong subscription. In this case, our team will analyze the situation and give students options to select the pack they need.
- If students don't like the product or services provided by the EdTestz, Students raise a ticket by sending an email to support@edtestz.com within the first 5 days of the subscription purchase.
In any case Refund amount will be credited within 10 working days to the source after approval from EdTestz
Conclusion
It is highly advised to seek a refund only in extreme cases, as you will miss out on a huge learning opportunity with EdTestz with great products. That being said, it does not mean you should not avail of the refund services at EdTestz, it is your right if you are unsatisfied with the services. However, we suggest you try to settle the issue and take further classes or enroll in a different course.
